*Are items online also available to try on in store?

Yes, Everything that is available online is also available in our Kindersley Saskatchewan store, we welcome you. We also offer free local pick up.

*Can I pick up my in-store pick up order right away?

Yes! As long as it’s within store hours, we are open Monday through Friday from 10 AM till 5 PM and Saturdays from 11 AM till 4 PM you can come and get it right away, we will email you once we have it pulled your item off of our sales floor but it’s normally ready within an hour.

* How long will it take for me to receive my order?

Once you have made your purchase you will receive an email notifying you once your purchase has been shipped. You can expect to receive your package between 3 to 5 business days. We do not ship out on weekends.

How do I know what size to order?

Know that each piece is tried on as we take pride in giving you the best descriptions of our beautiful clothing. We go into great detail for each individual piece. We make note if the item it a true to size fit or a size up suggestion or a size down suggestion. We also provide the measurements of each individual item so you can order with ease and confidence.

* How do I do a return?

Regularly priced merchandise can still be returned for a store credit. All merchandise must be returned tags attached and items must be unworn and washed, and free from any stains or orders. This includes any makeup and animal hair.

Footwear must be shipped back in the original shoebox with the lid, inside of a polymailer for a second box. Do not tape the return label to the original shoebox.

Once your return has been processed. You will receive an email containing a gift card with a code that can be used towards a future purchase. The card will be equal to the amount of return item, including sales tax. This card will be a one time use which must be used completely in one transaction. These gift cards can be used online only and they will never expire and they cannot be refilled.

* What if I have a defective item? 

In the unusual event you receive an incorrect shipment or defective item, please contact . Av[email protected] within seven days from the original post office stamped shipped date. Please provide photos of the defects. Defects must be reported before items are worn or washed, merchandise that has be worn or washed will not be accepted.  

If you do not contact us about the defect within seven days, We will, unfortunately, Be unable to help you. Please make sure to contact us within this timeline.

Merchandise ineligible for return.

merchandise purchased as a sale item, including items purchased during a sale event that are marked down are all final sales cannot be returned or exchanged or store credit.
Merchandise includes: worn items, facemasks, earrings, undergarments (including bodysuit),socks.

Return Shipping. 

If your return meets our criteria please email [email protected] with the order number and stating the reason you’d like to return. Your return must be shipped back to us within 10 days after Canada Post shipping date.
Return shipping is at the customers expense. We do not provide a shipping label or pay for shipping labels. Please make sure your order number is on the box to ensure a speedy response and to confirm whom the gift card credit will be issued to.
